ACCEPTANCE OF YAHOO! TERMS
Welcome to Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf ("Fantasy Golf"), owned and operated by Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo"). Yahoo offers the Fantasy Golf service to you subject to these Additional Terms (which supplement the Yahoo! Terms of Service, located at http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/, and are hereby incorporated by reference), the Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf rules and instructions ("Rules and Instructions", located at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/golf/grules/), and any other rules or guidelines that may be published by Yahoo! on a periodic basis (any of which may be updated by Yahoo! from time to time) (collectively, the "Agreement"). For clarity, Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf is a "Service" as defined in the Yahoo! Terms of Service. ANY PARTICIPATION IN YAHOO! SPORTS FANTASY GOLF WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN YAHOO! SPORTS FANTASY GOLF.
YAHOO! ID REQUIREMENT
To participate in Fantasy Golf, you must have a valid Yahoo! ID. If you do not have a Yahoo! ID, you will be prompted to sign up for one before completing the registration process for Fantasy Golf.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
ALL STATISTICS AND OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH FANTASY GOLF ARE UNOFFICIAL. Fantasy Golf and its components are offered for informational and/or entertainment purposes only. While Yahoo! and the third parties used to provide the Service (the "Third Party Providers") use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, neither Yahoo! nor its Third Party Providers warrant or make any representations of any kind with respect to the information provided to you through the Service. Yahoo and its Third Party Providers shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Service, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Fantasy Golf is for entertainment purposes only and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling or wagering.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By signing up for Fantasy Golf, you agree to Yahoo's use of your personal information as described in the Yahoo! Privacy Policy (http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/us/sports/).
YAHOO'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Yahoo expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any Yahoo service, including the Fantasy Golf service, if Yahoo!: (a) in its sole discretion, believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of others; (b) becomes aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other Yahoo! users, or the general public, or (c) in its sole discretion, believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the TOS, these Additional Terms, or the Rules and Instructions. Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf and its related benefits are offered at the discretion of Yahoo!, and Yahoo! has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Fantasy Golf, whether in whole or in part for any reason, with or without notice to you. You agree that Yahoo! will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications or discontinuance of the Service.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yahoo, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of, or participation in, Fantasy Golf, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, these Additional Terms, the Rules and Instructions, or of any rights of another person or entity.
INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS
If any provision of these Additional Terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of such documents remain in full force and effect.
LOCATION OF LAWSUIT
The Yahoo! Terms of Service, which apply to your use of Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf, provide that both you and Yahoo! agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California, USA. The Yahoo! Terms of Service, these Additional Terms and the relationship between you and Yahoo! will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WITNESS A VIOLATION
If you witness any user activity in Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf that violates the Terms of Service, these Guidelines or the Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Golf Rules and Instructions then in effect, please notify us of such activity at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/golf/general.html. Yahoo! cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your email, but we appreciate your help in making the service a fun place for everyone.

PRIZES
Weekly Prizes (the "Weekly Prize") determined by single highest score from all participants. Each week's first place finisher to win: One (1) box of twelve (12) golf balls. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Forty Five Dollars ($45.00). The Total ARV of all weekly prizes One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars ($1,665.00)
Cumulative Segment Prizes (the "Segment Grand Prize") determined by highest cumulative point total from all participants. Cumulative point totals are calculated by using all of a participant's weekly scores in a segment.
First place finishers (the Grand Prize Winners) in each of the three (3) segments will win: A prize package for 2 with PGA TOUR Experiences. Package is for the winner and guest and will include airfare, hotel, transportation, and the choice of either passes to a PGA TOUR event, or a trip to attend a PGA TOUR Academy golf school. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") for the complete package for 2 is $5,000.00. The total ARV of Segment Prizes to be awarded Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00)
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded over the course of the promotion Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five ($16,665.00)
Certain Prize Restrictions. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If Prize Winner resides within a 100 mile radius of host city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. The Prize Winner and guest(s) will be required to travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Prize Winner and guest(s) must be available to travel on dates specified by PGA TOUR. Travel arrangements must be made through PGA TOUR. The guest(s) must be eighteen (18) years of age (or, in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington DC where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority) and will be required to execute and return liability/publicity (unless prohibited by law) releases prior to ticketing. No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of the Segment Grand Prize or Weekly Prize (Collectively, the Prizes) is permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute the Prizes or any of its components with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Golf and Accommodations are based on availability. Black out dates may apply. The trip must be taken within one (1) year of the end of the Contest segment won. Prize Winner (as defined herein) and Prize Winner's travel companion are responsible for all transportation. Any difference between the ARV set forth above and the actual costs of the prize will not be awarded.
The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by each winner as a result of this Game are the sole responsibility of the winners. No alteration, substitution, or transfer of prizes or cash redemption permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) or cash of like value in the event the described prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.
